Regular cleaning : up to 4 hrs bi-weekly $134.00 Anything over 4 hrs, an additional $33.50 ppph

Monthly cleaning : 4 hrs min $35.50hr per person

Deep cleaning/one time cleaning : $37.50hr - $45.50hr (min charge $300)

Homes that average 7000sf or more : One time or deep cleaning min charge is $840 Includes up to 25 man hrs. Each additional hour TBD.

Urgent/same day cleaning : $41.50hr Min Charge $250

Move in/out : Charges range from $37.50 hr - $49.50 hr. 3 hr min

Exceptionally dirty/one time cleaning/ move in move out or more than 2 dogs living inside home : 5 hr min 49.50hr

Cancellations : Cancel or reschedule 24 hr in advance to avoid paying for the entire days cleaning.

NO ACCESS : A very important one, if agreed method of entry is not available at time of scheduled appointment you will be responsible for the entire days cleaning charge. Min charge $134.00

Returned check fee : Checks returned for NSF or Closed Account will be forwarded to collections if the amount of check plus $35.00 is not paid within 5 business days of us notifying you.

Home Management pricing is on a per family basis : Our monthly min is $500. Usually includes just spouse and spouse. Please call for more information on how we can simplify your life effortlessly.

Personalization of services : including one time services from hotel/airline reservations to cinema and theatre tickets. This service is billed at a standard rate, all charges will be paid in advance. We offer the convenience of credit card billing. We also accept checks, personal money orders and cashiers checks.

Computer repair/Software updates including virus removal : $35hr with a 2hr min.
